APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING
We strongly suggest you pre-
book your next appointment to assure your day and time
preferences can be accommodated. We ask you to arrive
prior to your scheduled service appointment time. Should
you arrive late, it may be necessary to adjust your services or
reschedule them so that our professionals can remain on time
for their next clients.

RESCHEDULING
If your preferred service professional is unable
to deliver service due to unforeseen circumstances (illness,
weather, transportation, etc.), you will have the discretion
to reschedule your appointment for a different time or to be
placed with another available service provider.
CANCELLATIONS
We require you to notify us at least 24 hours in
advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. Less
than 24 hour notice may result in a Cancellation Charge equal
to the scheduled service charges.
NO SHOW
If you fail to show for your scheduled appointment
without notice, it will result in a No Show Charge equal to the
scheduled service charges.
DEPOSITS
Deposits are required for some services and for
parties of two or more. Deposits may also be required if there
are frequent No Show or Cancellation occurrences. Deposits
are refundable up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service
appointment time unless modified by other Agreements such as
Bridal Party and Group contracts. Deposits are non-refundable
within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

PAYMENT
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express credit cards, debit cards, cash, checks, money orders,
SpaFinder and SpaBoom Gift Cards. Returned checks are
subject to a $35 NSF fee. Payments in excess of service charges
will be applied as store credit and not in cash or as a credit
card refund.
RETURNS
Product returns for any reason will be accepted
within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. Credit will
be applied as store credit and not in cash or as a credit card
refund.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are available for any denomination. Gift
Cards may be purchased in person or over the phone by credit
card. Gift cards are not refundable and not-redeemable for
cash (including SpaWish, SpaFinder and SpaBoom Gift Cards). David
Alexander Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Gift Cards expire 1 year from date of issue. Gift Cards are
issued with a dollar denomination and will be honored up to
that amount. If service prices change from the date of issue to
the date of redemption, any difference will be due at time of
service.

GRATUITY
Gratuities are not included in prices except where
expressly indicated.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
When scheduling your appointment, please
advise us of any medical conditions, allergies or injuries that
could affect your service. A doctor's release may be required
prior to performing certain services, such as massage.
CHILDREN
We gladly provide Hair Salon services for all ages.
Day Spa services are available to guests 18 years and older
only. Out of consideration for all our guests, minors are not
permitted in the Day Spa. Limited exceptions for selected
services may be granted only with the express agreement of
David Alexander Salon & Spa owners and with signed parental
consent.

CELL PHONES AND PAGERS
Out of consideration for all our guests,
we discourage the use of cell phones and pagers in the Hair
Salon. For the privacy and comfort of our Day Spa guests,
electronic devices should be turned off while in the Day Spa.
LOST ITEMS
David Alexander Salon & Spa assumes no liability for
lost or stolen items.
PRICING AND POLICIES
Treatments, services, packaging, products
and prices are subject to change without notice. These
policies may be changed at any time at the discretion of David
Alexander Salon & Spa.
